BuckeyeThon 5K
Lace Up for the BuckeyeThon 5K and make miracles—one mile at a time! Join us for a high-energy, family-friendly 5K race through the heart of Ohio State’s campus, all to benefit children’s cancer and blood disorder research at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Wind your way past iconic landmarks and spirited students, then enjoy a post-race celebration that includes:
- Live Music
- Free Food & Refreshing drinks
- Fun games, Face Paint, and other activities
Plus, all participants receive a FREE commemorative medal and t-shirt!

- Kids Fun Run: 8:00 a.m.
- 5K Race Start: 9:00 a.m.
- Location: Start and finish at the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC) at 337 Annie and John Glenn Ave, Columbus, OH 43210. The course winds through the heart campus and includes the most popular Ohio State landmarks!
